Smile Makeover: Case 12
This patient came into our office with old, porcelain veneers on the upper and lower arches with an excess of gum tissue present. The patient wanted a more youthful and less "gummy" smile appearance. Dr. Abide was able to achieve this look in two steps. First, he improved the "gummy" smile with a gum re-contouring procedure using his laser. Secondly, he placed 10 full coverage porcelain crowns on the upper arch and 10 full coverage porcelain crowns on the lower arch giving a natural, yet youthful smile.
